    During these sessions, you will increase your self-awareness to help you understand how you view yourself and your relationships with others. You will identify unhealthy patterns and influences, develop healthy coping skills for stress and anxiety, learn to handle adversity, and enhance communication skills that allow your voice to count while increasing your level of self-confidence and self-worth.

  • Digging Deeper - 16 to 20 Weekly Sessions

    This journey will lead you to increased self-awareness, recognition of negative thinking patterns, and unhealthy choices and behaviors that are preventing you from achieving personal growth. You will also discover the blind spots that have affected your ability to recognize, establish and maintain clear boundaries which are an essential aspect of your well-being. During these sessions, you will maintain weekly accountability and self-assessment to monitor and celebrate your progress to confidently pursue your dreams, passion, and purpose empowered through change.

  • Tune Up Sessions

    These sessions are designed to offer maintenance to former clients who have completed their sessions and are seeking additional support or a “tune up “ as needed to smooth out the bumps on their continuous journey to wellness .
